Amy Luckey

Independent Consultant

Amy Luckey has been providing program evaluation and design assistance to clients since 2001. Amy has led evaluation and program strategy projects for The California Endowment, The California HealthCare Foundation, CompuMentor, and the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children’s Health, among others. Amy has a background in nonprofit coalition-building, political organizing and advocacy, and mission-driven uses of technology. Amy has worked with Blueprint, and with TechRocks, helping national progressive organizations strategically use technology tools to amplify their organizing capacities. At TechRocks, she ran one of the earliest online organizing campaigns, mobilizing 300,000 citizens for the Heritage Forests Campaign. Previously, at the Environmental League of Massachusetts, she directed a coalition of nonprofits advocating for strong state environmental policies and laws. Along with her experiences working with a broad range of nonprofits, she brings strong qualitative and quantitative research skills to Blueprint. Amy holds a Masters degree from Harvard University, where she studied the social and political impacts of nonprofits, and a B.A. in sociology and psychology from Indiana University.
