Stephanie Fuerstner Gillis

Stephanie Fuerstner Gillis serves as Blueprint’s Chief Operating Officer. Prior to her current role as COO, Stephanie worked at Blueprint as an Analyst, Senior Analyst and Vice President. She has an extensive background in program strategy, program design, and evaluation, and substantive expertise in the areas of youth development, arts education, family foundations, and philanthropy, among other issues. She arrived at Blueprint with nearly ten years of non-profit and management experience, having served as the Associate Director for Development & Evaluation at the Youth Leadership Institute (a Bay Area youth development organization), and having worked with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, the Center for Youth Development and Policy Research, and the Institute for Defense and Disarmament Studies. She has served on the Boards of a number or organizations, including College Kids and Food Runners. Ms. Gillis has a Master of Public Policy degree from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, with a focus on youth development policy, and a B.A. in political science /international relations from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
