Stephanie Fuerstner Gillis

Stephanie Fuerstner Gillis serves as Blueprint’s Chief Operating Officer and Senior Analyst and has been with the firm for over 10 years. She has an extensive background in evaluation, program strategy, and program design, and substantive expertise in the areas of youth development, arts education, family foundations, and philanthropy, among other issues. She came to Blueprint with nearly ten years of non-profit and management experience, from positions with the Youth Leadership Institute (a Bay Area youth development organization), the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, the Center for Youth Development and Policy Research, and the Institute for Defense and Disarmament Studies. She has served on the Boards of a number or organizations, including College Kids and Food Runners, and is currently the VP of Ongoing Programs for Commodore Sloat Elementary School’s PCO. Stephanie has a Master of Public Policy degree from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, with a focus on youth development policy, and a B.A. in political science /international relations from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She also studied at the Universitá di Padova in Italy, speaks German and Italian and holds Swiss citizenship.
