We at Blueprint are looking to hire another research associate to conduct basic data analysis, secondary research, and writing for client projects. The primary responsibilities involve assisting analysts with quantitative and qualitative research in various areas of foundation practices and social policies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone in-between college and graduate school. The position will be located at our office in San Francisco, CA and the salary range is in the low $40,000s (depending upon experience) with medical, dental, vacation, and 401k benefits. New Additions to the Blueprint Team

We are delighted to have three new staff members join us in our San Francisco office:

Anna SaltzmanAnna Saltzman recently joined Blueprint as an Analyst.  She has a background in social policy evaluation, research methods, and qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis.  Before coming to Blueprint, she worked as a Research Analyst at Mathematica Policy Research in Cambridge, Massachusetts.  While at Mathematica, she helped to evaluate a range of government and foundation-funded public health, health care, and advocacy initiatives.  Ms. Saltzman also has extensive experience helping organizations to build their capacity for evaluation through the development of logic models, performance measures, and grantee tracking systems.  Ms. Saltzman has an M.S. from the Harvard School of Public Health and a B.A. in psychology from Emory University.

Stephanie Linden SealeStephanie Linden Seale, Program Manager for Blueprint’s Digital Media and Learning work with the MacArthur Foundation, has worked on both the NGO and foundation sides of the social justice world for the past ten years. She began as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Bulgaria and later functioned as a program director at Geekcorps, an NGO focused on IT development in the Global South. On the funding side, Stephanie has consulted for the Open Society Institute, the Ford Foundation and Jewish Funds for Justice and has also worked in over six overseas settings. Stephanie holds a BA in English from Williams College and a Masters degree in Development Economics from the Fletcher School at Tufts University.

Tony Wang, Research Associate, recently joined Blueprint’s staff after serving as a research assistant at the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation where he supported Paul Brest and Hal Harvey in the writing of their new book, Money Well Spent: A Strategic Guide to Smart Philanthropy. His undergraduate work includes research on the link between philanthropy and inequality, and teaching assistance in two courses on social entrepreneurship. Tony has a B.A. in Philosophy and a minor in Economics from Stanford University and graduated with honors from the Ethics in Society Program.
