Evaluating strategies to strengthen IT infrastructure

The Tides Foundation requested strategic planning and evaluation for the Community Clinics Initiative, a multi-year, $80 million grant program to strengthen the information management and organizational capacity of community health centers in California. The Initiative is a joint project of The Tides Foundation and The California Endowment. Blueprint's formative evaluation work has allowed staff to learn from their early grants and refine their program strategy as the initiative evolved. The development of a logic model tied together the Initiative's different funding streams, strategies, and activities into a coherent, outcomes-oriented framework.
