Program research and design:
Promoting knowledge management
systems
The Barr Foundation asked Blueprint to co-facilitate a yearlong learning
cluster of the Barr Foundation’s environmental education grantees.
Through this process, the foundation is investing in the exchange and synthesis
of knowledge among practitioners, national experts and its own staff on a
set of topics of mutual interest: best practices in the field, systems thinking,
cultural competence and measuring results. Through this effort, the foundation
will be able to test their own logic model for increasing environmental stewardship,
and promote program effectiveness and coordination among grantee organizations
in the greater Boston area.
